Shagbark is a private neighborhood with gated access and 24/7 security. The neighborhood amenities are free for you to use during your stay, and include a pool, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, playground, pavilion, gym, and more. Please reach out if you have any questions about any of the included amenities. Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

Plenty of parking is available on the driveway. Roads in Shagbark tend to be steep, but are paved. In Winter, please plan ahead and make sure to have an appropriate vehicle if snow is in the forecast. Roads are maintained by the Shagbark HOA, but the driveway would be unplowed in the event of snow.
